In my experience, meditation means calm and serenity to me throughout my day. Taking ten to fifteen minutes out of my day to relax and find a calm sense of presence really makes my day. It relaxes my anxiety and depression that I have and gives me a sense of self-awareness of things I need to work on to better myself.
